1. Data controller

2. Data categories and purposes
Identity, contact, application, education, transaction-security and request information may be processed to respond to enquiries, assess program options, organize applications, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
3. Collection and legal grounds
Data may be collected through website forms, email, telephone, WhatsApp, meetings and access logs. Processing relies on the legal grounds in Article 5 of Law No. 6698, including contract-related necessity, legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights and legitimate interests. Consent is obtained where required.
4. Transfers and retention
Where necessary and limited to the purpose, data may be transferred to educational institutions, infrastructure providers, professional advisers and competent authorities. International transfers follow Article 9 safeguards. Data is retained for the purpose and applicable statutory period.
5. Your rights
You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn transfer recipients, object to certain automated outcomes and seek compensation for unlawful processing, subject to Article 11.
6. How to apply
Send a request identifying yourself and the right you wish to exercise to the office address or support@canadastudywork.com. Requests are answered within the statutory period.
